Why hire a pro for sauna assembly
A sauna kit looks straightforward until the boxes show up. Curved stave panels, heater wiring, benches, and door hardware all have to line up precisely, or you end up with gaps in the wood, a door that won’t seal, or a heater installed too close to code clearance limits.
Panel alignment: Every stave or wall panel has to seat correctly or the unit loses its seal and heat retention suffers.
Heater clearance: A heater mounted too close to the wood isn’t just a performance issue — it’s a safety one. We install to the manufacturer’s clearance spec.
Door seal: A misaligned door loses heat and undermines the whole point of the unit. We hang and align it so it seals correctly.
DIY sauna assembly often runs into stripped banding hardware or a door that won’t sit flush — both easy to avoid with the right setup order.

Frequently Asked Questions — Sauna Assembly & Installation
Do you install barrel saunas and infrared saunas?
Yes. We assemble barrel saunas, infrared saunas, and traditional home sauna kits, indoor or outdoor.
What’s included in a sauna assembly?
Unpacking and inspecting all panels and hardware against the manufacturer’s parts list, assembling and banding the panels, wiring and clearance-checking the heater, hanging and aligning the door so it seals, and testing the heater and control panel before we call the job done.
How long does a sauna installation take?
Most single-unit home sauna installs are completed in a day. We’ll give you a time estimate specific to your unit when you request a quote.
Do you handle the electrical work?
We wire the heater to an existing, accessible circuit per the manufacturer’s spec. If your sauna needs a new dedicated circuit run, we’ll flag that during your quote so it can be handled first.
